Free range? That's only 60p for 8.

This is also a good deal on free range, not as good as Morrison but still good value for free range.

Supermarkets have been overcharging for battery eggs for years so when free range came along they just charged us even more for them! When I buy good quality, and very fresh, eggs straight from a farmer, or at farmers markets or farm shops they are about a quid for half a dozen medium eggs. That's the price of eggs yet all the supermarkets' normal prices are more than this.

I think eggs might just be one of those products that they have been ripping us off with for ages.

There's nothing "normal" about battery farming mate.
