This is an amazing offer - I have already booked a Hilton family room for 2 nights ( family of 5) and it cost £535 for mid July would have been gutted if this deal had cover that date... - although I used my Tesco clubcards to pay

Thanks, heat and rep added, booked a 3 night break in the summer hols! Love these hotels where you can book them now with no deposit and can cancel until the day of arrival (not that I intend to in this case but you never know if a better deal will come up!)

After a wee bit of research on this, this hotel is brand new, well Feb 2008,and they had probs with previous Travelzoo offers etc,so take print out of offer and phone hotel to check as well, hopefully it was just teething probs,I'd hate for anyone to turn up here and all the extras were not included.... but as with any offers, always double check, esp with holidays etc.:)

By the way, in the confirmation email it says:-

SUBTOTAL: 390.00 GBP PLUS APPLICABLE FEES AND TAXES

What's the applicable fees and taxes exactly?
#8
Daft question..but here goes..I assume that a family studio room consists of one double and two single beds!

Great hotel, stayed there on Saturday night. Everything is very clean and new still. Staff are excellent, could not fault them. We had a studio room (double), plenty of space, again faultless. Hotel is in a great position for the London Eye and Parliament, only downside is there didn't seem to be much around there at night, although didn't really look to hard. Great deal, voted hot!

This sounds like an excellent deal, leaves you some money for soho. I, err, mean, taking the wife to Kew gardens.

Park Plaza always put this in their confirmation emails. I wondered about this when I got a great deal from them once before, but there were no further charges.

Thanks for clearing this up...maybe something to do with booking from another country?? or maybe by law they have to be shown....anyway,as you said,no more added charges....

I've had no luck with this, trying to book 1st -3rd aug.

Tells me "no rates found" :-(

Why do family rooms always assume 2 children. With 4, do I need to look for another category such as, idiot room, foolish room, you will never find a room room.

I feel so JUDGED!!!!

lol

Thanks,
We have booked three days at the end of August. Kids might be a bit big to share a sofa bed but looks like a decent hotel. Cheers. Off to see what we can get in London for our Tesco deals!
