Black Grouse is a blended peaty scotch. It's excelent for swigging if you like peaty scotch and great value for money. It's even cheaper than this at Costco at the moment.

Yes, I am on my first bottle (from costco) and although I am not a big fan of peaty scotch I really like this, its £11 somthing at cosco and the offer is on until the 20th

Singletons is nice too, it was around £15 but I think the price has increased

Just stocked up but be aware it is 6 bottles per customer. No signs up saying this but staff were advising people who were putting multiple boxes of 12 in their trolleys. I think a lot of them were shopkeepers. Plenty of arguing and security called. Best morning's shop for ages.

Anyone know if this is the deal in Scotland too?

Yes. I peered over the cordoned off area this morning & they were both £13.

Can someone confirm if this is a LITRE or 70cl, cos the Telegraph Advert is saying its on 70cl?

and obviously if you are as lazy as me to pop round there to have a look myself, its much easier using HOTUKDeals, thank you to one and all on this site, you people are all supreme shoppers..

It's one litre for the regular Famous Grouse; 70cl for the black version. I just bought the cheaper version from Sainsbury's West Hendon/ Colindale branch. There were near the front of the store.

1 Litre for £13 (Black Grouse 70cl for £13) as I just bought some from Fareham Broadcut where there are loads. Just as you go in on the right and in the normal booze area but no snow Grouse.

I visited Sainsburys and bought lots of Grouse plus one bottle of Black Grouse which I shall sample presently!

Don't like it. It tastes like burnt toast.

Confirmed 1 Litre bottles at £13 visually. None left on shelves at Sainsbury's in Leeds City Centre @ 12:20 17 Nov.

Offer not on at Sainsbury's Local near Merrion centre.

Will try again ~17:10 - maybe they just haven't refreshed the shelves?

Loads in Reading.. Limiting to four litre bottles per customer..
Normal ptice £23 and some pence..LOL.. Over £10 reduction per bottle.. just saved a fortune...:D

£13 is an incredibly cheap price for a litre of Famous Grouse.

The Christmas bargain price about two years ago was £12, so this is a great deal.

I bought 7 bottles yesterday at Sainsbury's, Hedge End, Southampton. A miserable old man in front of me at checkout said, "You're only allowed four bottles," which confused the checkout girl. "I think it's restricted to six bottles per customer," she told me. I politely said that neither their newspaper adverts nor the shelf edge labels said anything about restrictions. She consulted a senior staff member, who confirmed that there is no restriction.

So stock up on this great offer!

OK, so don't buy it! More for those who do like it!

I often wonder why people bother to make posts like yours.
