This was posted previously (by myself 6 months ago) but thought it was worthy of a re post as such a great deal and with winter on its way...maybe a holiday is required!

Experience a real Forest Holiday in one of our superb Cabins. With a style to suit every taste and depth of pocket our cabins are perfect for couples, families and groups of friends. You can even bring the dog! From Ranger Activities to pony trekking and kayaking, there's plenty to do on a Forest Holiday. And you can save money on activities and so much more with our Forest Experience Card.

Loctions:
Deerpark Cornwall:- The Cabins at Deerpark are nestled around an old millpond and surrounded by forest. Set deep within a wooded valley, Deerpark is just seven miles from Cornwalls rugged south coast.

Keldy:- Keldy sits on the edge of the North York Moors National Park which is a haven for wildlife. The Cabins are set in the heart of the forest - perfect for exploring all year round.

Cropton:- New for 2009, Cropton Cabins is set in the dense woodland and open glades of Cropton Forest in North Yorkshire. The ideal place for a family holiday with activities on site and in the local area.

Argyll:- Opening in 2009, Argyll Cabins are set on the shore of Loch Long, providing breathtaking views of the mountainous Argyll Forest Park.

Strathyre:- Close to Callander, Strathyre is watched over by towering Ben Ledi. The Cabins overlook the pine-fringed Loch Lubnaig or nestle close to the tree line. A perfect location for your cabin holiday.

I just booked a silver birch cabin at Keldy for 16th Nov 4 nights and it was £154 - prices are PER CABIN so if you have one that sleeps six you'd divide the price by six so on the dates in nov that'd work out super cheap for a winter get-away!!

T's & C's
If you place your booking more than 12 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday, we will request a deposit of £100 per cabin per week plus any cancellation and breakage cover if taken out. The balance of the full payment will be due 12 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. For all bookings received within 12 weeks of your holiday start date, full payment is due at the time of booking. Spent a Mon-Fri break at Keldy on the half term break, staff are fantastic. Be sure to say Hi to Steve for us (Mark, Mel, Jack and Sarah) Can't miss him as he is bald. :-D

Christmas is looking a bit to expensive for us right now but would love to go back.

Have a great time.

love the look of those for a quiet getaway for me and my dog - I'll be going alright (as soon as I've recovered and can walk above 50 yards!)
#9
We're going to Deerpark with our dog in December. It is a bargain. If only there was a bar it would be perfect!
#10
What a great alternative to going abroad, and cheap too!
#11
Seriously considering this as I have the 1st week in December off - and just had a little windfall!

Nothing, I'm just looking for something out of this world. One of the ones with the Hot tub etc, checking dates for next year still doesn't bring any up. I'll maybe give them a phone tommorow and see what dates they are available on, might be easier!

Nice.

Am I the only one that thinks icing a deal because it is not down your street is pathetic? For goodness sake, surely a log cabin is a getaway break that should not be down your street!

stop posting this, we are going in december and in oct 2010 half term (some really good deals and can use the code) and have been expecting it to be quiet but it keeps getting posted :):):):)

This deal is great but as normal providing that you do not want to travel in school holiday time when prices double !!!

Dont worry, it will still be quiet. No groups are aloud of the same sex, so there will be no 'gangs' and the cabins are spaced out. Anyway, there will be more other kids for your kids to mix with hopefully. Enjoy!! I will post back when I get back on 20th Nov.

To quote Harry Hill, "There's only one way to find out.....fiiiight!" lol.

I've gone for Keldy, but it's located in Cropton......so not a clue!

Fantastic company though, I just rang up and said I hadn't put the voucher code in and they said it had gone through with it applied anyway!
