Fantastic Birmingham hotel room for only £5.95 a night throughout August
My first deal so sorry if I mess it up!
This hotel in Birmingham city center is amazing. I have stayed with them before and now you can do it for as little as £5.95!
Each room is created to emulate the feel of a cabin aboard a luxury yacht, each fully air-conditioned Cityroom utilises high-quality cherry wood, leather finishes and features the very latest technology, including a 42" plasma screen, multi-channel entertainment, wireless Internet access and high-tech bathroom with power shower.

But I have to say it is in a great location. Very close to the Symphony Hall, Convention Centre, city centre shops, broad st (with all its clubs), brindley place, and the upmarket Mailbox shopping arcade.
For those that have a rather negative view of Birmingham, the city centre has had major redevlopment in the last few years and the areas around the canals in the centre are now packed with bars and restaurants, like this:

They may not have much, and if they do they may charge for it which adds to the overall cost.

I love Birmingham, I live in Nottingham (so it's not a million miles away) and I always go to Birmingham to do my shopping (lots of great shops, if you love designer brands like me)
Tempted, but not booked yet.
When you go back to your room drunk and full from your Birmingham Balti from down on Stratford Road, you don't really care!!!
Good god! Maybe this would be good case when you would need windows! All for the better theres a no smoking policy, hate to be anywhere near that building come morning! ;)

HA HA You're not wrong there!!!:w00t:
Lets hope the aircon is OK so it cools you down when you have the curry sweats!!!
This sounds a little like a Travelodge, still a good price if you are lucky enough to get a room at the price though. Ideal for a cheap shopping vacation.
