Tempting....

I should certainly not be allowed behind the wheel of a Ferrari with the amount of coffee I drink. A driving licence would help too! Looks like a Hot Deal though.
#3
Nice pressies there! Don't forget quidco for a nice 10% cashback as well!!!!
#4
Thanks Cat :) ferrari for £50 looks good :-D

Thanks for the replies everyone .. my hubby would LOVE the Ferrari 355 Driving Thrill too :)

Any idea when the discount code runs out? Can't decide between the Ferrari 355, Jaguar XK, Mitsubishi Evo or Mini S.
[mod]#7
Sorry willdashwood i dont know when the discount code runs out ... it has been going for a good while though (there are also other codes for 20% Off) :)

Only one word of warning, the Prestwold Hall track is rubbish (long straights, wide open etc), and the silverstone single seater isn't the F1 track, it's the little one in the middle used for go-karts! Awesome price still....
#9
Got a DB9 being delivered in 3 weeks this is a fantastic price for anyone to try the XK out on the track!
#10
Thanks for this! Booked in for the 355 ;)
#11

Just looking at buyagift site, if you buy thru' greasypalm you get a 6% cashback and I checked one of the pampering experiences... the 25% discount code on the original thread works on all bookings.
[mod]#13
Oh how exciting ... i hope you all enjoy your Driving experiences! :-D

Welcome to hukd's topbanana2803 :) You are right the 25% Off does work on other items on the buyagift site (works on everything i think), but quidco does give more cashback.
#14
Fair enough topbanana2803, but I'd rather have 10% quidco cashback! But I suppose everyone prefers their own cashback provider...

Welcome to the HUKD forums :-D

i am buzzing about this
valid for 10 months.
think with long straights that i'll brake my ford focus speed record?
Ferrari F355
0 to 60 mph 4.6 seconds
0 to 100 mph 11.3 seconds
0 to 400m 12.9 seconds
Maximum Speed: 298 km/h (185 mph)

Brilliant, just ordered 2 Ferrari driving experiences for me and my house mate.

I guess it is possible to both go on the same day!?
#19
For reference you don't get to see the discounted price until you go through to the final page of the checkout (before redirecting to worldpay).
[mod]#20
Thanks for the extra info willdashwood  I hope you have an amazing time guys .. let us know how you get on!
#21
It's an xmas pressie (shh ;) ) but maybe once I get there I'll be able to buy some laps in the evo too.
#22
People who have bought the Ferrari Experience. Can they tell me when you get to the worldpay page does it state the discounted price or the full price which I am showing of £80.95 because I am reluctant to put my details in till I know what price I am actually paying

Thanks
#23
No it should go through at £57

 Really good offers on this site, Just purchased the wind tunnel experience for my 2 children as christmas pressies from their nan & gramps!!
Tried to book the Jaguar XK for my husband but says no further discounts allowed on this already discounted price, so pirce stays at £75.00:-( never mind cant have it all I suppose. Did however go through QUIDCO and got further 10%

If you had a business that gave people rides in a Ferrari, do you think that after paying for the car, the fees for the racecourse, the staff, the insurance for the car, the insurance for the person driving the car, the public liability insurance and uncle Tom Cobley and all - you could make a profit at 57 quid (actually 17.5% less after VAT) a go? Could you stay in business for 10 months?

I really genuinely don't know the answer to this, but Rachel Elnaugh's (Dragons Den) Red Letter Days went into administration and was rescued by Peter Jones and Theo Paphitis which now charges 349 quid for a "Ferrari F340 experience".

To be crystal clear, I am NOT suggesting for one moment that Buyagift is not a sustainable business but you have actually purchased a voucher, not a ride in a Ferrari and Buyagift's terms and conditions don't indicate who holds the money you have paid until you get your ride.
#29
Buyagift have been incorporated since 1999 and looking at their Accounts I would say there is nothing to worry about.

I would rather hand my money to them than Red Letter Days - many of the experiences are the same - but Red Letter Days charge 3 times the price!
[mod]#30
These are still available and would make fab prezzies!! :santa:
