The Cube Peloton Race is a higher specced bike - complete 105 groupset including brakes and chainset (the Felt here has a cheaper shimano chainset and no name brakes) and much better Mavic Aksium wheels for £699. And it looks better.

£29.99 for delivery and it was £60 cheaper last weekend as Merlin had a 10% off everything code.

Merlin have a four day offer of £25 off over £250 spend so now £574.
Only £25 more than the price of myTiagra group F85 bought a year ago.

What is better guys for non race use but long rides I between 30 and 100 miles. This or the cube PELETON (which gets great reviews)? Thanks

The Felt will be fine with carbon post helping to keep the ride smooth.
Specialized also get good reviews i tested an allez before getting the Felt, i preferred the riding position of the Felt.
Can't comment on the Cube but it looks as good with the Aksium wheels.
Both will be ok, black or white bike?.

Think the cube is only available in this white, red and blue colour scheme which may not be to everyone's taste.

This is a great bike and deal Rodman. Thanks for posting. It was a toughie between this and the Cube Peleton but went for the Cube in the end. Hope I made the right choice! From what I have read of many reviews you can't go wrong really with either this or the Cube at similar prices. Many thanks

Plumped for this today, weighed it up between this and the Cube and then realised I couldn't get the cube in my size, so easy choice in the end.

The chainset used is good enough and upgrading that to full 105 wouldn't see much difference in performance, i'll see how the brakes feel and potentially upgrade those if needed (although I don't think it will be).

cheers for posting the deal, cracking bike for the price.
