what store?

I got the last one at Prescot, but should be nationwide

Good luck finding one, I saw this earlier today when I was having a search on Currys site & PC Worlds site using 0.97, .97 and 97 in the search box, I saw the freeview box and thought I'd get one for the sake of it lol. None in Bedford, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Luton, Stevenage, Peterborough, Aylesbury, Northampton, so thought why post it when there's a very small chance of getting one.
#5
true, but with the product code its always worth checking your local store to see if they have it in. These type of deals are usually a bit hit or miss, but should benefit someone out there
#7

You can't.

It's out of stock for delivery.

Can reserve one for instore pickup if you can find a store with them in stock.
#8
Heat added but can't find ne in stock near me.
Tis online and a good deal, does anyone know where these r in stock:thinking:
#9
Just reserved one in high wycombe. Thanks

Wasn't it made by TVonics Ltd. who went bust then remerged as TVonics Solutions Ltd. though.

Can't find any stock near me.

Stock in Merthyr, Caerphilly and Pontypridd for that. Those are the only 3 out of 9 nearest stores to my postcode in swansea. Can't find the Ferguson one online hence I did the search for the Techwood just incase.
#12
cant find it.
#13
Seems people are getting confused between the Ferguson deal posted (seems to be instore only), and the Techwood one which is on their website.

PcWorld doing it for same price if there are any in stock-not near High wycombe

Steady guys. Freeview are/have implemented some changes which will render certain boxes not much use at all. Have a look at Digital Spy (Google it) for more info.

Here it is

Will these definitely be affected then? I'm not very technical  but I've just reserved a few for friends and family, still in stock in Elgin (where my sister in law lives).

Not much of a bargain if they end up as much use as a housebrick after a short time, but excellent deal if this isn;t the case?

If they become useless within a short space of time, would they be classed as unfit for purpose and returnable do you think?

Loads of the Ferguson model left in Currys in Hounslow (superstore)

Hot!

Nope, it is just a very small percentage of very old boxes that stopped working, and that was due to the way they were built, not meeting Freeview standards

THANKS MATE! im in the car right now on the way there.

do i reserve it online or is the price instore £4.97?
#21
Best you reserve one to collect, otherwise they will give you a load of old cobblers about not having any, even though the system shows that they do (as they did in the Harlow one). At least then you have something to fall back on I guess. I'm going to order one online instead.

Yes it's definitely hit and miss with these deals, but they are about, as i have just purchased one from my local superstore. The assistant was amazed at the price and asked where i got my info. 'A website' i replied;-) Cheers to dixiespud for posting the deal.
