Voted hot!

Got to say the ferry is so much better than the channel tunnel. Tunnel is kind of depressing. Just to point out it will be £38 both ways for a family of 5 including a car unless your planning on setting home in France.:P

Hot deal considering the channel tunnel will put you back £100 both ways.

£19 per Leg!!

So thats £38 per person!!!!, not cheap!!! (voted hot!! ;-) )

Sorry had to vote this one cold:-(

If you check the booking on the website you'll see why they say 'from' £19. The £19 sailings are 2/4am so not really suitable for most 'normal' travellers.

good deal if you need to go now I suppose - but if you are wanting to go across to go shopping for the day, just wait - I never go until the price is £20 return, and I go at least every 12 months

Try checking out Speed ferries - Dover to Boulogne
Cheap and cheerful - 50 minute crossing time - its a catamaran!?!
I've used them a few times and it's "No Frills" £20 each way for car and 5 passengers -
I know its a bit dearer than OP but perhaps more options with sailing times etc.
Book online, easy peasy.
Heres a link for more info.

Hope it helps:thumbsup:

Very good deal as its valid through the summer unlike most newpaper deals which are for the off season. When using the offer code EBS I got a return fare for 2 adults, 2 infants and car for 28 quid return including a 9 pound fuel surcharge.

Doubt you'll get to france any cheaper this summer.
