£12 for the first twelve issues, saving 74% on the normal price. Payment is via Direct Debit. Make sure you cancel the DD as soon as they've taken the £12 payment, though, as it's £25 a year thereafter. Sign up for this deal via Quidco or TopCashBack for £6 cashback. Search for "Great Magazines" on there.

For 50p an issue this is an absolute bargain, I think.

***ADDED INFO***

Some people are struggling a little to find the offer once they've gone through Quidco, so here's what you do:

After going through Quidco/TopCashBack, you'll be at the Great Magazines homepage. Look along the bar that's near the top where it lists Home, Hers, Fashion and Style, Gossip, etc. and then click on "His".

Now it'll be the first one, the one on the left in the first row, where it has a box saying "SAVE £33 A YEAR" and "Save up to 74%" - that's the option you're looking for. Click on "more" and that will take you through to where you sign up for the deal.

£50 is a huge overstatement - it's not meant to be that good of a game really, so I wasn't interested. I'd much rather pay £13 less.

And adrianr - I know it's worded funny, I meant to mention that. It's most definitely £12 though. I don't know why they've worded it that way, it just confuses people.

On the main page of the deal though, it says "£12.00 - For The First 12 Issues - Saving 74% - Annual Direct Debit @ £25.00 Thereafter"

To cancel the direct debit just go straight into the bank and cancel, like you would with anything your subscribed to, i.e phone, catalogue

I just read that, so it seems there charging you £25 then £12 after the 12months. But on the page before it states FIRST 12month for £12, hmmm.
#13
Can some1 clarify this deal for me ...coz its the first time im using quidco....when I go to the website through quidco....there is no option for the £12 offer....only £25 with a free game!

What do i need to do to get cashback on the £12 offer?

Any help much appreciated!

You can cancel the DD over the phone, too. That's what I've always done.

And it's definitely £12 for the first year and then £25 thereafter. Similar deals to this one have been posted in the past and it's always been the same and been worded funny, but it's always been £12 and then £25, which is why it's important you cancel your DD as soon as the £12 has been taken out.

I forgot about my confirmation e-mail :oops:just read it now. That would have sorted out the 'is it £12 or £25' thing much easier. Ah well, it's cleared up now anyway

Just checked Quidco and the £6 has been validated already, as well.

It's alright, I don't mind that. It's been tracked, that's the main thing. The £12 won't come out of my bank until the 12th of May anyway, so only about five or six weeks later will the Quidco come through.

Bargain!

Brilliant. Heat added.

Just placed an order. Although I got a bit over excited and bought FHM and Empire in the same session after going through Quidco. I presume I will get the discount of £6 only once.

Thanks.

so how do you get the quidco with the above link / deal: BTHH - the quidco link goes to deal CTBB?????
#39
I also took this offer up last month. Just received my second copy through the door. Will have to cancel my DD! May also send them an email stating to cancel the subscription after the 12 months? or will just cancelling the DD act as notification to cancel?

EDIT: Just to say this months issue has just turned up and cashback has been paid via quidco

£50 is a huge overstatement - it's not meant to be that good of a game really, so I wasn't interested. I'd much rather pay £13 less.

Its not a bad game, but definately not worth £50!!
On the bright side you can trade it in at C.E.X for £23 cash, or £28 if you credit it to your C.E.X card
So that might make it worth it :)

By my calculations £25 for subscription minus £6 quidco = £19
Sell the Wheelman game for £23.

..AND YOU HAVE MADE £4!!!! (plus you have a one year subscription to FHM)
