Get Fifa 11 on PS3 or Xbox 360 for £24 when you spend £30 or more at Sainsbury's.

Shouldn't be too hard to spend this on groceries, end of the month food shop.

may be 99p more than what I've quoted, but was told it was going to be £24. Also may be online too

I posted this yesterday but was moved to misc and lost all it's heat (was above 667 degrees)- ridiculous.

I spammed my last one on the advice from Starr

The deal was over 500 last time i checked but as there was no proof mods moved it to misc, then the proof came and deal was moved back.

The heat was then reset and i think if you've voted it hot before you cant vote hot again.

New thread is the way to go.

fair enough-never knew the heat was reset-however-this price has now been mentioned numerous times in the last 24 hours since it was confirmed,so this risks being a dupe now.

I think it says it ends on the 7th of October.
#12
What happens if I buy it for both 360 and PS3? Will I get them both for £25?
#13
I'll give you some heat back ! lol
#14
Great price as i get 10% off too.
#15
Does anyone know does the £30 have to be spent on the day? I have a receipt from Wednesday, will they accept it?
#16
I think it would have to be spent in the same transaction so that the system can activate the offer
#17
I wonder if you can buy .£30 worth of clothes and then take back next day for a refund ? I can't read the small print.

I have the same situation where I spent £55 in Sainsburys on Wednesday before this Deal was made Public knowledge.

I'm going to take my Receipt to the Customer Services Desk and talk to them, there's no harm in asking.

you'd get a refund if you returned the game in its original condition.

I think companies do these promotions possibly at a loss, but the £30 sale compensates them, so it is doubtful that they will honour your receipt, I do wish you luck in your attempt though... Failing that get yourself some beer and snags for the weekends gaming

Small print states "£30 spend does not include the price of the FIFA 11 game"; so I'm guessing it's a no to your theory, bud..
#21
would me buying a playstation 3 controller costing £35, count toward the weekly shopping? so would i get it for £25?
#22

Thats such a shame. Were you looking for an early game of snooker ?
#24
I've asked for one to be put away for me
#25
Went this morning, had plenty copies,

Think you can spend the £30 as anything , just as its not another copy of fifa. Overheard the woman behind the counter

Got mine. Awesome. Cheers OP

Don't know if this is any use to anyone: i bought a copy this morning trying to use this deal but as i had bought baby items (i.e. two tubs of formula) as part of the £30 i was spending to get the game cheaper, the deal wasn't valid. I was in a rush pre-work so i ended up paying the full £35... :(

Apparently any baby items, or postage stamps don't count towards your £30 spent (the woman on the till mentioned something else too but i can't remember what) - so it's worth either reading any small print carefully or asking someone in there before you get to the till... they REALLY don't make it obvious what does and doesn't count towards your spend (i might have kicked up more of a fuss were i not in a rush)

:)

Have some heat :p

Nice deal.. Tescrotes are charging 37 quids + for this without a "top title" to go with it.

Doesn't Tesco do a similar deal, i.e. spend £30 and get Fifa 11 for £25 or so?
#32
Gonna grab this deal later :)
#33
I got mine this morning and the Game is even better than the Demo.

The bloke on the Checkout said he bought his FIFA 11 from ASDA at midnight and he said "there were about 500 people there".

I'm glad I didn't go for the ASDA option. :D

Bought it at sains, just asked somone who had shopping and they got it for me, the checkout person didnt even say a thing :), 25£ woo
#36
We did this offer then took the Fifa 10 that we had upto Asda and got £15 on a gift card (will spend it on shopping next week). Great as this in theory means we got Fifa 11 for £9.97! Whoop whoop! :)
#37
Brought this morning spent £109.00 exclusive of game both my brothers wanted the game and the lady kindly split my shopping between three to let me have three copies, depends who you get on the tills i think
#38
In my opinion the supermarkets could have done way better on this game trying to make you spend more money is not good i hope they dont pull the same trick with black ops

Tesco goofed badly - I wanted to buy it from them for the Clubcard points, but their prices and stupid conditions (buy 2 games) were ridiculous, so Sainbury got my money.

For Black ops Tesco - just do it for £25 straight

Got this deal from sainsburys this morning, can`t believe tesco didn`t try harder.

Wonder if sainsburys will beat them all on call of duty again ? i hope they do.
