You will be notified by email on the Product’s release date of any Price Drop and your credit card or debit card will be charged the price of the Product LESS the Price Drop on despatch.
  
  So from that I would take it they charge just before despatch :)

  Yeah if you wake up early mornings it should be around that in supermarkets but £1.49 isn't a big deal :p
