A good deal if you play Ultimate Team. It's worth noting that the Team of the Year will be released sometime Jan-Feb so imo it would be worthwhile saving the points until then.

what is the difference between the deluxe edition and the standard edition?

CD Keys is selling the digital download with a launch pack add on for £26.99, I recently purchased it from there and it works perfectly

2200 Fifa points. It says it in the title.

Not sure this is a deal over other places that have the digital deals £10 cheaper. I'm just a bit **** at FUT at the minute. They joined Dec 2014 and have all the best players in the game! Damn you eBay!!! :(

So the deluxe edition is just the full game plus 2200 FIFA points?
I was just surprised because its £20 for the deluxe edition and £55 for the standard on psn store

When will this end

Hot price!

£17 worth of Fifa points included which makes the game £18.74, not to mention it comes with all the extras like Messi for 5 games, etc.

$39 (~£26) on US store, if you already have a physical copy installed then you can trade it in at Amazon for £23.50 and won't have to re download (uses existing disc installation).
You gain the pros of a digital copy plus the 2200 Fifa points. Works out a good deal for me as by the time I come to trade it in it's only worth a few quid.

I currently have the ultimate edition on disc. So if I can trade than in for Xbox credit and put £5 towards it I can buy the digital from Xbox making it £5 for the points. Does anyone know if I'll loose my weekly free packs from the ultimate edition or will I still get them?

You put your xbox in Hungary region and pay for it.Switch back to uk and download it. I bought Fifa Ultimate from India region day before release, cost me £28.

I got it for £21 from the US store around Black Friday. Works perfectly on UK region and have switched back and forth between regions several times with no problems if anyone is worried about buying from another region's store.

Did you have to buy US credit or did you pay by card? I thought they put a stop to it.

Bought credit on US Amazon using a pre-pay card I have that doesn't charge for currency conversion. Is a Kalixa card that has a really good exchange rate on it and no transaction costs. Got it free through moneysupermarket year or so ago. Great wee card. Others will suffice I'm sure and obviously even with currency charges will no doubt still work out far cheaper.

On the Xbox site, the description says "DELUXE EDITION CONTENT AVAILABLE ONLY FOR NEW PURCHASES AND EXPIRES JANUARY 19, 2015. "
So If you're thinking of selling your physical copy and buying this mainly because of the FIFA points, you might want to think twice.
Also the points will expire 19/1, so you won't be able to wait till the TOTY cards are released
