Heat. Can I download on my PS3 and then transfer to my PSP via memory card?

The PS3 has a transfer to PSP/Vita option when the game is download to the PS3. But its easier and probably quicker to download directly to the handhelds. That's what I do, less effort.

guys. do the old final Fantasy's that can be played on Vita have trophies or anything?

PSP doesn't have PSN access anymore, so you now have to go via PC or PS3.

I'm completely new to FF .. which title should I try out? I need to know what all the fuss is about :)

Does any one know why crisis core isn't available as a digital? Loved that game but hated playing on psp and would prefer to play on a vita...

PSP store has been closed for a while, the only way to load content is via PS3 or PC

VII (7) is one of the best in most opinions. It will look old fashioned by today's standards, but it was out 20 years ago.

VII was the best I agree, but I wouldn't want to force those graphics on a newcomer getting into the series.

What the above say. FF7 for me too.

I can live with the graphics due to playing it when it first came out (along with the 10 times after it) recently finished it on the Vita too but this PS4 version is tempting.

Also highly recommend FFX. Can't comment on the PS4 version but it was amazing to replay it on the Vita a few years back. Awesome story and the graphics have held up (it's a remaster but still) deffo worth a shot.

Sound track licencing issues within the game.

FF Online do you have to pay for a subscription on PS4?

Yea it's got something to do with licence's, I remember reading about it way back when. Like square don't own the licence for it or something stupid

still don't get why IX never made it on to ps4 alongside the steam release. Will get VII again for about the 4th time. Heat

4 or 6 from 16 bit era, 7 or 9 from 32 bit. 10 and 12 are pretty good too.

The steam/mobile version doesnt support analog control, you can only move in 8 directions, the UI could probably do with shrinking down as well since it was clearly made for touch controls on the re-release. Maybe these points have something to do with it, I dunno.

PS1 games on Euro PSN , urgh those PAL borders and SLOOOOW speed. I advise getting them on the US/Canada or Japanese PSN store

I use my dual shock 4 on the steam release and it works fine. Can't think of any reason why SE don't release it on ps4.

I got X/X-2 on Vita from eBay but did not know that X-2 was a download code and it's been used is there anywhere to get the X-2 separate ?
#25
any difference between the ps3 and the ps4 version of ff7?
#26
Thanks, got Lightning Returns. The physical version of that for PS3 seems to be OOP as the prices are jacked.

Lightning Returns seems really strange at first, but I ended up liking it. It's more fun playing through a second time once you understand how it works, so don't give up.

I think the ps3 version is just a port of the ps1 version. in the ps4 version, from what I remember the character models are better looking and it has trophy support. there are also cheats for unlimited limit breaks and speed up the game.

heat. thanks. bought FF V / VI + coffin dodgers while I was there.

I don't see what difference only supporting 8 direction controls or the UI would have to do with the game not being on PS4. If it's on PC there's no reason it couldn't be on PS4, I just think Square are holding back on it to release alongside 8 sometime this year to continue the 30th anniversary celebrations.

Never played FFX is it worth playing? Gonna see if my PC can run it first

FF7 is the best but FFX is nearly as amazing and has good graphics. Pick that one for starters
