This seems great value, and only 20 of each showing in stock. My Mum has previously bought a 26" Funlux bought from the same supplier, and I was very impressed with both TV, and Direct TV`s.

I would guess the brand (or lack of) is putting people off.

No idea if this is a good TV, but you can get well known brands for around the same price

The tv is the nuts i have the 42" love it as good as any samsung or sony set

in b4 don't need 1080p at 37"

I like real estate when I hook my computer to my TV. 1920x1080 > 1360x768

Finlux was well known as a high quality producer of expensive CRT TVs (like Loewe) but they went bust a few years ago and some other outfit bought the brand name.....

Link working fine for me in Firefox. As I said, my mum bought the 26" version of a previous Funlux model and I was very surprised as how good it is, easily on par with her Samsung 32" tv in the other room!

My experience on delivery of the 42":

Great looking set, very smart but the set mounted buttons couldn'tfeel cheaper if they tried.

OK so performance. Bearing in mind I only have a PC at the mo.

PC input from VGA D-sub - bizarre wibbling like interference on lots of vertical lines. Have tried routing the VGA cable away from audio equipment to try and minimise but to no joy. It's not very obvious but once you notice it...
Shame as this is the mode in which I would run my X360 (non elite)

Picture on PC input is OK. Just OK.
Looks rather solarised and jpeggy, also looks a little horribly scaled. Turns out that on reading the handbook, the maximum resolution for PC input is 1360x768! - a 1920x1080 pixel set with a lower limit on PC input leading to scaling artefacts... not good.

So, without HDMI input available I can only drive the screen at 1360x768 thru VGA with the scaling problems and interference. What a bummer!

Not entirely amazed.
