Finlux 42" 1080P 3D TV Plus Ten Pairs of 3D Glasses for £379.99 from Finlux Direct (42% Off)

Granted not the best make, it's a rebranded cheap make. It's a LCD 3d not a plasma like most 3D deals. Which down to "personal" opinion I prefer. Comes with 10 pairs of glasses which is nice. Delivery included. It's been posted before at 399.99 and got shot down. But.... Better deal on a cheaper branded 3D LCD to be had with 10 sets of glasses and delivey?

Not sure that a 1 time poster review counts for much.

It's a cheap deal though - so for that reason HOT

Made by Vestel. Never seen an objectively-conducted review give a Vestel a complimentary verdict. Here's a selection...

TV performance depends on the specification of the Panel & the Processor & the Firmware used to digitally process the video signal. Picture Processsing Firmware used by the major brands require them to pay for an expensive license to use it.

'Supermarket' TVs skimp on one or more of the above 3 elements, which is why they can be made / sold so cheaply, & is why they consistently deliver inferior performance when objectively tested.

Typical features of 'Supermarket' TVs (i.e. TVs made by Vestel, etc) include smeary motion, grainy images, unnatural colour, narrow viewing angles, sub-standard audio, awkward menus, poor EPG, a rubbish remote, high energy consumption, etc.

These Vestel TVs fit the profile well. Some people are easily pleased, & will be happy enough with this Vestel 'Finlux'. The discriminating will look elsewhere for a genuine bargain.

Not standing up for the tv as I don't own one. But are all of the above the complete range manufactured by vestel? Or are they picked -50% Ratings and bad reviews? (edit - after looking there's a large enough selection really to get an idea of quality ) The last part of that post " Some people are easily pleased " I would suggest this deal is aimed to this Market as I seem to fall into this catagory. Ideally I would like to see comparable deals of cheaper branded LCD 3D packages. It's I low budget large screen LCD 3D with lots of glasses for the kids delivered. For those on a tighter budget?

Also agreed about the one time poster review.

Heat. All cheap tvs ive seen are capable of a great picture, just in the shops they often have the worst source imaginable not properly setup so it looks ****. Not as good as panasonic, sony, pioneer maybe but im never going to compare side by side or buy a tv more than £500.
