I paid £9.99 for this and just came across it on play.com to pre order for £6.49. Due for release 5th November. Toy described as
"Jupiter is the pride of PontyPandy Fire station and is expertly driven by Fireman Sam. Die-cast vehicle features Fireman Sam sounds and theme tune. Includes Fireman Sam character, moveable rescue ladder, opening doors and small ladder."

I'm confussed with all these new fireman sam toys coming out.. isn't there like already 2 fire engines out? Does this one go with the fireman sam deluxe? I just don't wanna get the wrong one!! thanks xx

i have had this on order since beginning of september as it was due for release then but they keep changing the date :(

Not sure sorry - when I posted this i thought it was but "Gball" said above that this is the £6.99 one so think this must be the smaller one. I've ordered Venus but looks like it's smaller than the £9.99 one I got in Tesco. Sorry I couln't be of much help!

These are 5inch diecast models. I think they are hoping that kids will see these and want them as well as the normal ones.
I have had them on order since the end of September and the current release date is the 3rd December 2010. Not had an email with details of further delay so hoping they will arrive soon (that is if this snow does one!!!).
