Heat and rep added, looks like a very good deal to me, although I have never used this company before.

Thanks!

I have used CDiscount only for one order. And when I had to contact customer service, I was very impressed the way it was dealt. I also received an follow up update for my enquiry. I am about to place my second order and I don't hesitate with CS if things go wrong.

PS: btw, I'm not related to CDiscount.

cdiscount are competitively priced no doubt about that. however i was let down by samsung tv, bluray and stand bundle misadvertisement. i was telephoned and offered a slight refund for just having the tv. at the time they didnt mention i would lose my £15 new customer offer. on further calls they wouldnt budge and said the money they offered to reimburse included that £15 which was a bit naughty i expected it ontop. some improvements they can make are offering quicker email response times, including quicker refunds as it took to long. and also a clearly priced telephone number as i was unaware what it costed and kept on line a while.
