Its a truly life-like creation! This brilliant new Elmo tells stories, makes jokes, plays games and sings but with a twist! While he does all this he comes to life, waving his arms, moving his legs and head, sitting up and down on his stool and actually moving his mouth in synch while he chats! Kids can press Elmo to trigger all this content, making it a really interactive experience.

Great price but my three kids got one for Christmas and got Bored of it very quickly.
Yep i agree , i made mine non working and took it back for a refund after xmas :)

Just unscrew the battery compartment and unplug the connection underneath
My local one also had the Fisher Price bounce n spin zebra for about £24 and the roary silver hatch worskshop also half price (£19?). Didn't post it as thought it was maybe just a few locally. Thought worth mentioning in this thread in case anyone was going to have a look anyway.
How do you select pick up from store? the only option i'm getting is £4.75 delivery!?
I'd love to get one for my kids but I'm sure like most toys the novelty would wear out quickly, as would my patience :-D
BTW I've heard that the motor running the toy is quite loud and clunky.

Here's a vid on of Elmo in action at what looks like a pre-launch show.
my sis twins have this and love it
voted HOT :)
I've just been on the asda website, because my son wants one none in stock, they say they are getting more

I am all for returning unwanted gifts, but purposely sabotaging something? And then advertise the fact with pride? Call me "honourable", "outdated", or any other adjective, but I really cannot advocate that.

Why not just return it as an unwanted gift?!
Ah well :)
It's now available from tesco direct for the same price plus free instore collection or delivery for 4.74 (I think!):)
