Been looking for some bits for my new baby niece (without breaking the bank as I need to travel overseas to see her), thanks so much!

Wouldn't waste your time or money on these. Got one as a gift for my daughter, and it goes through 9v batteries like there is no tomorrow.

We have one too, and it's not my favourite toy either. I often find myself picking it up off the floor, where upon it starts talking to me and I reply, "Oh be quiet, no I don't want to laugh and play games!". Sometimes I add swear words.

It uses AA batteries not 9v.

I'm not alone in cursing a childs toy to be quiet then.

Sorry, AA batteries, but regardless of cell type, it eats them up. Eats duracell for breakfast, shooter Mcagavin style.
