£340 is only £68 a pot. Its not that much.

I've not researched the brand, but assume you will get a lifetimes use out of a decent set. So overall might be cheaper then replacing pans every few years!

Not necessarily. What's every few years? And what price point are you talking about? These are replacing a set I have owned for over 20 years only because they are not induction hob compatible. Some products just lend themselves to buy once

£68 a pot is still a lot. you try to justify that you'll only spend that once in a life time.... who wants to use the same set all through the life. even if the pot is durable easily tends to bore you after a few years and will buy something else again.
I still think it's a lot of money and deal on this is like 20% off on a Ferrari..... clearly those who can afford one don't need deals

appreciate that this suits your needs but may not be for majority of this site.....
what if conventional gas and induction are not used for cooking 10 years down the line....
