I have been using my fitbit flex since Jan 1st and its a great bit of kit. Good apps for Iphone and android. This is a very good price in my experience and 2nd cheapest its ever been according to camelcamelcamel (£56.45 Feb 08, 2014)

This should not be expired - in stock still at 1449.

Did you contact customer services? I've lost my FitBit One twice since owning it and they replaced it with a new retail unit both times after only asking for proof of purchase. I'd be surprised if they didn't replace faulty devices considering I got replacements due to my own negligence!

Yep they told me to take it back to were i bought it from. Did that and got a refund, didn't want a replacement. Ill be waiting for this type of thing to be integrated into a watch.

I got the Fitbit One but kinda regret it as now I want the Moto 360. The battery though on the One is pretty amazing (two weeks).
