I used to love this game on the PS2. Think I will wait though for the price to come down. Never bother buying stuff at release now. Just too expensive compared to waiting a few weeks or so.

Yeah, I don't see it sticking to this price for long, probably hit £20 within a few weeks.

I don't see this as a AAA game and feel it's overpriced to be honest. Flat Out was ok for a quick blast but meh.

Is this the same team as the originals or is someone just cashing in on the licence?

New team but much better than 3. Apparently.

Loved the old ones , i think flat out 2? had all those hilariously fun mini games that you could play with your friends for hours ...watched gameplay for this and it looks absolute trash , wouldn't bother wasting any money on this

If only Flatout:UC was backward compatible. The original Flatout guys are developing a game called Wreckfest, which looks like it may end up being pc-only :( I hope Flatout4 reviews well, the older ones were ridiculous laughs with mates.

Wait a few weeks and you will be able to buy this for a tenner or even less as it has bargain bin written all over it.

This game could have been amazing but its mediocre at best! That's cause the new studio worked too hard on replicating the 2 first games rather than improving the physics and destruction mechanics to bring it into the modern day

Could say this about almost every new game these days! All developers do is improve the graphics, setting etc and forget all the things that make a game a masterpiece. They just make it look good but on the inside it tastes like switch cartridges!!!

Sure you may have fun on it and get some nostalgia but it won't blow you away or be worth the full AAA game price. Its more like a remaster than a full on sequel (but it's a huge improvement on number 3 if that's what your looking for)
