This is also only the greatest hits from the "Rumours" era group.

Fleetwood Mac had a number of big hits when Peter Green was the front man, with tracks like Albatross, Black Magic Woman, Oh Well, Man of the World etc, none of which are on this album

I have the Best of Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac which was the original lineup and is more blues than the later lineups, though both are great best of albums in their own right.

My favourite Peter Green track is Need your love so bad and Worried Dream, both of which are one the Best Of album. It's a great shame that his dabbling in drugs denied the fame for a truly great British guitarist.

Yes I really like some of Stevie Nicks solo stuff ('Rooms on Fire' being my fave). Christine McVie's album 'In the Meantime' is worth listen too...
