These are a pain as they do not have a door to open - you have to remove it or step over it to get through. Much better off buying a proper gate.

I had one of these from ASDA a while ago (£15) but returned it as the box says its a Gate but it clearly wasn't as it doesn't open.

It would be good if you needed to block off an opening which you weren't bothered about using.

I believe the idea is that if you're travelling, it rolls down to the size of the two bars. I take one similar to my parents etc to block the dog in. Yeah its a pain stepping over it, but the permanent one at home has a door in ...., but it wouldnt fit in the car ......
