Can't help but think it could do with a nano connector on it
#3
Seems like a good idea - would be suitable for TVs where the Wifi dongle sticks out.

Belkin make a USB hub that's similar in style if you need more than just twisty movement

Maybe I'm missing a trick but what advantage is that over a simply USB extension cable like this one??

It's not an extension, it allows you to bend and fold the usb connector so that the wire doesnt stick straight out.
I've got one for my Joggler (side USB port) so that I can attach the USB disk (Ubuntu) to the back without a giant cable loop showing.

Actually a great idea - as there's certain things like tv sticks that really do stick out of your monitor/computer and this would be ideal.

It's crazy that this is hot.

To expensive for what it is. Cold from me

"Safe, convenient 3D USB swivel adapter."

Do I need a pair of decent 3D glasses for this adaptor then?

Not exactly - the OP's one can fold 180°, can fold up and down and can swivel too
I agree that these things do cost more than they should but if you do actually need one, you won't find one for much cheaper than this.

Useless and overpriced - cold.
#17
£4 for a USB "extension"?
Freezing.
#18
why is this hot ? Not a deal.

Waste of money. I use a (very) short USB extension lead, much cheaper, works great.

Just received mine - they work pretty well - they work much better than extension leads for TVs where you want to connect a wireless dongle and not have it sticking out the side. They only stick about 2cm out from the side so usually hidden by the TV bezel - regular extension leads don't work as neatly for USB ports on the side of TVs.
