All the money you save on flights, you will lose on the exchange rate once you get there, $1.50-£1 isnt good news for travellers.

How can you say that, maybe its not as strong as last few years but it was $1.50 to the pound for many years and lots of people went and that still makes all purchases 1/3 off nearly and the fact that things are cheaper over there also you will save save save

I was there this time last year when it was $1.50-£1, and it wasnt as cheap as you claim. Once you put the sales tax on at the till and the tipping, it wasnt that much cheaper. Dont get me wrong there are still bargains to be had, you've just got to shop hard at the outlets, and seek out the happy hours at the bars. Just my 2ps worth.
