Fly to Rio on Alitalia return from £205.00,with connecting flights @ £250 total via Expedia
Great deal. Flight departs from Rome and works out cheapest if you do it as an "open-jaw" return. Using the example on the link it comes to 262 Euros (£205). Your connecting flights can work out as little as £40 for the example dates, but they are Ryanair so depends how you navigate the fees. All the details of how to do this are on the Holiday Pirates site but you book it on Expedia. Holiday Pirates are part of HUKD's German partner site to allay the doubts of those who think its something like Pirate Bay as they did last time I posted one of their deals. Just think, for a few quid you could be strolling along Copacabana beach whistling "The girl from Ipanema"...Tall and tan and young and lovely......

That was the price for the example stated on the Holiday pirates link and it was valid at time of posting as I checked it on Expedia. Even now I'm still seeing it at 315 Euros, £245, so although its gone up its still cheaper than what your getting. Are you doing it via the multiple destinations ?

It is showing as 4741 dollars! as for some reason it diverts via ibiza and rome!

No your search is not identical.. If you look at it your inputting your dates in the American format, thus you have departure date of 8th August rather 8th Oct.
