I have a flymow micrtolite which works well, however I get sick of clearing up after it (raking etc) when mowing as it doesnt collect the grass. Is this wirth it and can it get into the nooks and crannys the microlite can?

Just collected it from Watford store- looks good for the price. Will try it out when I get home!

Just gone on the site and reserved one. Where do I type in the code, as it is showing as 49.99?

I bought this a few weeks ago from Tesco Direct. It was £49.99 but I had a code for £10 off so I got it for £39.99. I assembled and used it yesterday as it was the first decent day to cut grass. Everything went well until I started on the grass box. I spent ages trying to line up all the 'points' where the top and bottom click together and I couldn't do it! It is soo flimsy! I ended up getting it together as best I could and cutting the grass anyway.

Save your money and buy a Bosch - would never touch Flymo again after the last coupe of mowers we have had which threw the grass everywhere. Spent as much time gathering it as I did cutting the lawn.

No need if you are reserving and collecting- it is automatically deducted.

All we need is the sun to come out and play - my grass is getting pretty long!

I used mine an hour ago and was really pleased- virtually no grass left at all.

I bought the one from Tesco too. The box at the back is awkward but will snap together properly with some light force and perseverance. Please note my previous post, the one in Tesco (it's the Rollermo, not RE320) is slightly better as it is 1000w as opposed to 900w and has a roller too. There are about four different Flymo models that look virtually identical with subtle differences. One of them has a window to see how full it is for around £55-£60 online. I'm trying my Rollermo out over the next few days hopefully although those clouds are appearing again!

I think this is the same as mine, which I bought a year ago for £60-ish from B&Q. I was pretty sceptical about it at the start because it was relatively cheap and small, but it cuts the grass fine so I'd definitely recommend at this price.

[EDIT] I agree with the comment above regarding the box. It takes some real force to make it snap together. Having said that, it only needs doing the once when you first buy it though, so it's not a big deal.

Also a bit doubtful that it was ever sold at £79.99? Specs suggest this was only ever a £50 mower.

Quite, even argos only sell it for £59

I got one of these when Tesco Direct had them at this price a couple of months ago. It's not a very wide cut but it's a good machine, especially at this price.

    Thanks, I got one today.

It's certainly better than my last mower. The grass was really long & it did struggle but...it hadn't been mown since probably Sept last year!

    Worth the price I'd say.

I included this lawnmower in the scans when I posted the 20% off event.

Edit: Ah it's been further reduced. Nice spot :)

I did see it- that's what prompted me to look again! Thanks for the heads up.
