I bought this last year. had to return it because I couldn't ride it, kept and loosing balance and the tyre kept going down like it was going to bust (not being funny) .
i went for a ride with my friend and swopped the bikes, hers was a normal mountain bike and honestly you could tell the difference.

it's too heavy to pick up too and you don't have a chance to pick it up in a train station for example.
I bought the folding bike so I could take it in car and go cycling in the park but unfortunately I had to return it for a refund.

I agree with sofiasar - ridiculously heavy and no way practical. I returned mine aswell and I do believe it was cheaper last year !

I also bought and returned this last year. It's awful. It's incredibly heavy and the column for the handlebars wobbles all over the place. I felt in danger attempting to cycle on it.

cheap for a reason, you can pick up a decent dawes jack second hand for around this price, buy cheap buy twice.

If you live in London and are looking for a folding bike, I recommend you snap up this Oyama Lexington on eBay for £70! Alloy framed with 8 gears, it only weighs 12kg. Mine's great: have done 25-mile rides on it. (BTW I have absolutely no connection with the seller).

No, it doesn't seem like a good deal.
Heavy, impractical and generally pretty bad.
There's a reason Brompton's cost so much

Can anyone help? Would like to look at a foldable bike for an 11 year old but not too sure what to look for in terms of specs?
