Tesco instore currently have these on sale for £1 each.
I think the Vanilla Bean flavour is best, each bottle containing around 16grams of protein.
I drink protein shakes - PHD and they are regarding as one of the best worldwide along with maximuscle and they cost about £2 per shake and provides about 32grams of protein in each one so this deal is about right, half of what i pay for and the same amount of protein halved!! if that makes sense. the benefit of these is that they are already mixed ready to drink and are really nice also, whereas alot of protein shakes out there are ghastly and taste disgusting. on the point of making you feel sick.

50.1 of sugar per bottle seems quite high. Perhaps someone can explain, but I thought it important that a protein shake wasn't loaded with sugar?

it's not great but these are generic recovery shakes for lots of differing sporting activities, not just weight training so they probs have the sugar in there to replenish the stores of fast access energy stored in your muscles, the stuff the muscles get through before they start transporting 'fat' to be burned. Hope that helps.
