I know these aren't for everyone - generally I'd go for lots of protein and less carbs.
I also appreciate that this sort of product doesn't go down that well here either.

Definitely not for someone not doing sports that thinks because it says "goodness" it must be "good for you" :).

I use these for post ride replenishment, and there even better after a long cycle :D .....especially if you need to get up the next day and cycle again.
No longer available I don't think... gutted
