Why does Handbook,Teaching,Grammar and Spelling have capital letters in your op when they dont need them??

Since when was Bk and abbreviation for book

Using bad grammar doesnt make you "illiterate"-try looking up the meaning of the word.

Title was cut and paste from amazon website. Also, it is grammatically acceptable to use capital letters at the beginning of words in titles.

These words are conjunctions, and therefore not capitalised. I would personally, however, have made the 'a' capitalised since it came after a colon, but as I said, I copied and pasted the title from amazon. You should get this book.

I can give you a sentence where the word and appears 5 times in a row yet makes perfect sense.

I don't think people need to buy this book but there are a lot of members who should just double check what they write before posting it. Especially if it's in the title of a deal.
