is there anything out the ordinary they could tell customers about driving style other than the obvious?

be nice to find out how fast my gear changes are tho :)

I guess most people drive accordingly so you wont really learn too much but i think the fact you get money off a service and the fuel vouchers mean you cant lose out and only gain hence why I think it's a good deal.

They will put a computer onto your car and come up with loads of problems you didn't know existed and make you feel that it needs sorting by them.

You get a £15 fuel voucher, plus £15 off the next service, which is a method used to get you to take your car to this garage and they give you that phone call "it needs a new X and Y, we'll supply and fit for twice the amount your local garage would charge". I don't know how much my local Ford garage charges for a full service (the 16 year old apprentice changes the oil, air filter and a couple of spark plugs).

What are you driving if you've only got two spark plugs?

If you can find a good garage that's cheap then it's a no brainer. Paying for a dealer to do a service is no guarantee of good workmanship, but at least you'd have a chance at complaining to the manufacturer.

I said they may only change two sparkplus, I have seen cars with only 2 out of 4 changed. ANY garage is a risk to take your car for a service, tip - if they are doing it as soon as your car has been brought in, stand over them while they do it to see exaclty what you are paying for

Complain directly to manufacturer
