Clearing stock for the new model.

Relative has just got one of these - cracking piece of kit - only downside is it won't pull 4th gear at 30mph (got to use 3rd of a five speed box).

A friend bought the same car about 18months ago from the Ford dealer in Derby, came with delivery miles only and paid £9,995. I'm not a new car buyer but thought that he got a fairly good deal there.
Agree with comments made on similar posts that car dealers are putting their prices up of late which I think will quickly backfire when they should be keeping the momentum from the scrappage scheme.

Ford have reduced their prices. Dealers have limited ability to reduce prices without manufacturer support (dealer's gross margin is typically 15% or less).

Beware imports, etc.
