Thats bargaintastic, you could rent it for £29 and take it onto the continent with one of those ferry day trips for a pound deals. Then have it hidden in a crate and shipped to Africa or somewhere, sell it to a yocal and make a tidy profit. Head added!!!

My avatar shows cleavage. Isn't hurting anybody. His comment is promoting a serious crime which can come with anything from 18 months to 6 years in prison. And I'm sure those affected by it don't find his comment funny in the slightest.

well, considering I work in car rental and have done for 5 years and have even sent drivers to Gibraltar to reclaim vans, I'm still laughing.

you're being over sensitive, whilst also being questionable yourself, is a family site really the place for cleavage?, there are kids watching. it's also ample cleavage, have you any idea how much that could upset the lesser breasted female?

I can just see the scramble of HUKD regulars to go out and rent a van for the purpose of stealing it, then shipping it to some far off continent and using the bargain day trip ferry offers to help them transport the van out of the country now...

There is a difference between making a humorous comment that people aren't going to take seriously and promoting serious crime. Maybe you fail to appreciate that.

734 HEAT. I presume many got different message (as above) than "Unfortunately, this special is not available at the time stated as bookings are currently low at your selected station. Please feel free to book the special offer for another period or at another Sixt location."
What does that actually mean? How can bookings be any higher - you can't book!
#26
Hmm....Don't get too carried away making plans for what ever you want to do with the van just yet. I've been trying to find a van that's actually available in Cardiff at pretty much any time but I've only had "Unfortunately, this special is not available at the time stated as bookings are currently low at your selected station". Has anyone had any joy with this I wonder?

Can anyone recommend a site to hire a minibus for the day? Need a 8 seater from Portsmouth to Doncaster.

Most standard car driving licences cover you up to 3.5 tonnes (category B), I think, which a van of this size is well within. Earlier licences allow you to drive even larger vehicles.

if you got your UK licence before late 1997 you can drive upto 7.5T. Like me.

I say like me, i've never drove one before. Least i'm allowed though.

don't dish out morality to people when you've got a big pair of knockers as your avatar, no one is moaning at you for objectifying women. you say its hurting no one but you dont know who it may offend. The comment you got all mary whitehouse about was obviously a joke...

as you said... some people!
#36
Excellent! Thanks

Remember national limit in one of these on single carriageways is 50, dual carriageways 60, and 70 on motorways (I believe). People get caught out on it some times.

I couldnt care less who gets offended, I like the joke, the boobs and the deal.

Can anyone with a full standard driving licence drive a van? Or do you need a special van licence?
