It's an I grade clarity, cheapest of the cheapest diamonds. Cold

dont forget 7% quidco

Normally if its from £2000 down to £900 it was overpriced massively in the first place. And probably still expensive lol

Really the thing to do is go to somewhere like Blue Nile or James Allen so you can specify the quality of diamond(s) used and in the case of James Allen even get to see up close shots of the stone(s). Also massively cheaper.

As per previous comments - unfortunately the diamond in this ring is of a less desirable quality - the colour isn't actually too bad but the clarity of P is very poor - it means that you will be able to easily see inclusions in the stone. Having said that, there have been a couple of very happy customers!

The colour, not the clarity, is I which is fine for a smaller diamond. Particularly if it has low to medium fluorescence to compensate for the slight colouration. You won't be able to to tell what colour it is unless you place it next to a much whiter stone.

The little diamond in the o of forever fell out on my wife's wedding ring after 4 years. Eventually managed to get another one inserted but took several weeks. Expected better quality for the price.

forever diamonds are certified, it tells you the colour & clarity on the certificate if you're not happy you exchange it. my mam got a forever (not this one) & the colour is a g which great for for a diamond

U can tell the difference between and I colour diamond and G for example without them being next to each other. This ring ring is very poor would not be happy with this. Any men wanting to buy a diamond ring go to independent diamond dealers there could be local shops or look online. They all state great deals with choosing your stone , band etc. I garantee the ring you buy would be sold at least double the price in the likes of h samuel

Go into a store and speak to a supervisor/manager, they can normally discount further. Got a ring that was priced £2999 for £1500.

Probably still got ripped off but people still buying that ring for £2999 and giving it good reviews.

Way over priced at H Samuel

Just buy a £50 ring, and put the other £850 in a savings account towards the divorce ;)

If you're after quality at a sensible price then try purelydiamonds.co.uk. I'm not affiliated with them but have bought several very nice items from them. Way better value than high street prices and great customer service.

I suggest going in there with a loup, or what you call a magnifying glass, and see the needles and dirt inside the stone:(.. You will be surprised at what you can see from a H grade stone.. Small inclusions (SI), big inclusions and if you are lucky, very small inclusion(VSI):). Remember to ask for the loup.. The sales assistant will have more respect for you ...
#18
Not sure they would be that impressed if you mix up colour (H) and clarity (SI etc.). Problem with this stone is that the clarity is P1/I1 which indicates inclusions visible to the naked eye - you won't need a loupe to see it's a low quality gem. You generally want to stay away from anything below SI2 (and I'd never buy a SI diamond without seeing it), unless it's particularly cheap of course.

Having said that, £900 isn't too bad a price on the high street for the ring...

PS. the other problem is that the description says little about the quality of the cut (as is normally the case) which is also a significant factor in the perceived quality of a diamond.

Shame you didn't realise this is not a literature exam and a deals forum
