Nikon F4 & Micro-Nikkor 55mm AF by Ian Tindale, on Flickr
i used film back in the day when there was no alternative and even developed my own prints. technology moves on and high end modern dslr cameras are now more than capable of replacing film cameras
I have a Nikon D3 as well but film is just nicer in some ways. The way film handles light cannot reproduced on a sensor. The iso and sharpness might be better but it just isnt the same.

Rubbish - You would have to spend upwards of £2000 for a body alone to just about get somewhere near as good as 35mm, thousands more to get near to medium format resolution.

You’ve seen this (of course you have, everyone has): [youtube] “Hitler rants about D3x” – still makes me smile.
