Does any Foyle's War fans know if their was every any episodes created that weren't aired on tv ?

Not something I've ever watched but my dad is a massive fan and he's adamant that he'd once read that a couple of episodes had been held back for the dvd release and were never screened on UK tv.

Have a look at IMDB. They show all the original air dates. Then compare with list of DVD episodes :)
