Famous for his straight-talking, no-holds-barred stand-up, critically acclaimed comedian Frankie Boyle brings us his highly anticipated second live DVD, If I Could Reach Out Through Your TV And Strangle You, I Would. Recorded at London's Hammersmith Apollo during his sell-out 2010 tour, Frankie comes armed with an impressive arsenal of jokes, punch lines and putdowns, all of which are far too controversial for TV.

Also available at amazon for the same price, possibly better if you have amazon prime.

Good price for it, no idea why it's getting cold. Heat added.

After the jokes about disabilities and race, I think you will find he gets a lot of cold votes. And Channel 4 repeated it after all the complaints. With so many complaints he should be an X Factor judge

I would rather watch three men in a boat (two disc) which I got very cheap through Hotukdeals.

Cold, making fun of disabled children is a mile away from being funny! I'm ashamed that this specky person is from Scotland!!

It's a shame he seems to miss the point of doing a joke; to actually be funny. it's like he writes to shock without considering whether it's funny or not. He can have his moments, but I find there's far too much in his act which isn't funny

Quite. He's so desparate to shock he forgets to be funny. He ventures into a comedy terrain that only the most skilled and talented can make funny, and it's above his ability to do.

The problem with his stuff isn't that he's offensive, it's that he's not very good at being offensive.

Agreed. He tries to punch well above his weight. Almost as if he has decided, 'I can't be funny.. I'll just be offensive'. Plus, I find he tends to repeat jokes quite a lot. Good price if your'e a fan, but I expect to see this in Poundland quite soon.

Almost as though he only has a certain amount of new material that he uses in different venues within the same calendar year??

I hate comedians like that.

That's one thing, but this guy's repeating material within the same short series. There's no excuse for that, really. If you can't come up with material to sustain a little television series, make it a one-off and spare us all the embarrassment.

Wow, people stating their opinion that he's not funny as fact? There was me thinking comedy was subjective, lol.

He's brilliant, IN MY OPINION, hot from me.

Lol. I wouldn't expect a different live show every night, but I think you should be able to hear jokes that he hasn't already done on tv quiz shows. Maybe he sees it as doing his greatest hits.
