Did you clear your cookies and meet the requirements listed on Quidco?

I just got paid my Paddy Power money on Quidco.
It took a while and you HAVE to make an enquiry to get it added to your earnings.

I'm talking about the days when you have convinced yourself that you can make free money, and spend all day trading in front of a PC screen.
It's easy to believe that you can make money for nothing, but in reality the only winners are Betfair via the 5% they scrape off the top of all your winnings.
You will usually break even in the long term (+ or - 1% either way), if you consider yourself a shrewd player. If you are less than shrewd, you will get taken to the cleaners.

Sort of:
You would Back team A to win and Lay Team A not to win. Even if there was a drawer you would still win :-). You can only make a profit this way using the bonus money that bookies are offering.

You have Bet team A to win but then you Lay team A not to win.

Team A win You win the bet
Team A lose You win the lay
Draw You win the lay as team A has not won.

It is easy but it took me about 3 or 4 reads before the penny dropped. :).

Hope I've not gone too far off topic or spammed here too much.

To get the most out of the bonuses that are offer. No point in getting £50 out of a £100 bonus when you could get £90 or more back.

If you are playing with a new account bonus, then yes I agree. I'm talking about after you have played out the bonus and start playing your own money ;-)

Thats right but then you move on to another bookie and bag that bonus.

I know what your saying, the bookies offer these incentives to suck you in and try and get your hard earned cash.
#26
Well went through quidco showed up in an hr waged £10 of my own money on scotland winning there group :D and transferred my free £10 bet over to the games section playing £1 roulette my £10 is now up at £40. Total of around £60 profit for £10
#27
i did this and my bet came up only thing is they dont give u the £25 stake back in the winnings just the money u make from the odds! So i done a banker bet whicg got me about £1 back! Read the small print.....to get the £100 in free bets u have to do 4 seperate bets of £25 and i think lodge £100 with them its a ruse to get your hard earned dough! Though betfair is by and large the best bookie system online

You have Bet team A to win but then you Lay team A not to win.

Team A win You win the bet
Team A lose You win the lay
Draw You win the lay as team A has not won.

Excuse my ignorance, i am having a blond moment here but if you lay the team not to win if they win dont u have to pay the liability on that bet to the guy that took the bet up which would mean if u got the win bet up an pocketed say tenner from it but then u had to pay out the lay bet of say tenner then your not up. sorry if i dont get it but am ignorant!

Yes you would have to pay a liability.

For a 10 bet at evens and a lay of 9.76 at 11/10 (you try and get as close as you can)
Your winnings would be £20 (including your stake back) and your risk would be 11.00 making a profit of £9

As I said before this can ONLY work if your using bonus money.
