That is fab!

The cheapest I have seen this is £1.99 from The Works. It's on ebay for £4.99 so a really good giveaway in a newspaper.
thanks ;-)
Get a TOMTOM instead.....

Only joking....... HOT deal........ think i will be getting one!
Thanks SeaBadger heat n rep added
many thanks for this one
whats an atlas, not very 21st century...get a sat nav and follow the told me to drive over the cliff
How much is Sunday Mirror ? :)
Sorry accidently expired this instead of the duplicate post!! Mods please unexpire!

MOD Edit :
Unexpired again now
Always very handy having an Atlas in your boot, even when you have a TomTom (which can die on you, or be misleading)

same price in my local pound shop if u dont get it with the paper
Not convinced it's such a great deal to be honest, 12.5 miles per inch and only 32 A5 pages suggests to me that it'll only be good for motorways and major routes. The other ones I've seen tend to be 4 miles per inch and more than 32 pages. Ok I guess if you want to buy the Sunday Mirror anyway, but I personally wouldn't buy it just to get this.

I thought that was the lemmings. :-D:-D:-D
If might be free but don't bother buying the newspaper for this.
If you want a proper atlas there are usually plenty vastly reduced in the cheap bookshops that can be found on any high street. I bought a 4 inches to the mile scale one for £1.99.
Don't know how many pages it is, but a lot more than 32 and it has a few more roads that the M1 & M6!
I hope they are supplying a free magnifying glass in next weeks issue to read it.:)
Thanks for the post, but just a warning about this, because I have the 2009 one in front of me, which the Sunday Mirror also gave away free. It was posted in HUKD but there were a lot of disappointed people.

If you're going to buy the paper anyway, fine. But don't make a special trip. You're probably going to be very disappointed, because it's not one you'll ever find in the shops or to buy online. Remember - it's A5 (small), just 32 pages, on thin paper, and 12.5 miles to the inch. It's fine as a freebie, but you wouldn't pay more than about 20p for it, if that. ;-)
I got one of these free last year with some newspaper and don't get your hopes up. They're fine for motorways etc but the scale is such that far too much detail is missed out for proper navigation. Great as a freebie - but not great if you have to rely on one to get from A to B
thanx newbold.
If they give the proper book atlas that covers like manchester and other citys. Maybe a coupon that you can use in smiths so people can pick watever citys map.
How much is Sunday Mirror ? :)

LOL, as in the OP edi, the Sunday Mirror is £1 :giggle:
Quite agree with the sentiments above - a 12.5 mile to 1 inch ratio is a joke - if you want this, nip to tesco or sainsburys, pick up a free store finder (possibly better scale maps), save your pound & don't support a nasty paper. It was Karma when they bought the faked pictures of prisoner beatings!

"turn around where possible"
its the 2010 one btw not the 2009
If you are after an A4 atlas - I have seen some in poundland (£1).

Can't comment on how good they are.
This one was very poor. The poundland one is much much better.
