I have just received a letter from Boots telling me that from 1st Feb, I can obtain a Free Boots Meal (value £2.99)Deal after purchasing 5 meal deals in a calendar month. You must use your Advantage Card.

I assume you can only use this offer once a month unless someone can confirm otherwise.

Thanks for this :) +Heat

if it is restricted to one a month then it's not as good as their old deal of 1 free meal if you buy 5 in a week.

This will save me a lil cash - great :-D

Nice! Cheapest place to get a lunch in London as it is!

I had this too (as did my daughter) I think it is limited to one free lunch a month my letter said the free lunch would come off automatically

They cost 2.99 here in Putney (SW London), I guess I should feel lucky :p

Great news, voted hot, that's one of my favourite ports of call for lunchbreak! A very decent meal at a very decent price, when you consider you can get a £2.50+ sandwich or salad, a drink that could be an Innocent £1.89 smoothie and a snack up to £1.35.
Hot, hot, hot... Thanks

When you say "a lot" i hope you mean once a month!

Yeah i used to get the boots meal deal every day when i was at uni a couple of years ago, but back then there was no price limit on the snack, soo would get the £2.50 tub of shapers nougat, and they also had like 50p of when you buy 2 cokes (seperate deal), so when you and a friend both buy the meal deal it would count that discount as well! So it was like £2.75 for around £7 of stuff!

Well said... I'm a student, people saying that when theyr at uni they buy one a day... well that's £15 for monday - friday... not that amazing... when u can get a sub of the day with a free drink (showing NUS card) for £1.99 a day... so works out £10 a week, £5 cheaper.
Still can't afford to spend £10 a week just on subways, when u gotta get shopping and stuff... good Alcohol costs money!

So is it definately one free a month... cos if it isn't my mate Pete is gonna cream himself... When everyone at uni goes to get meal deal... he pulls out the old advantage card, and steals the points. So this would mean he could get his meal deal free everytime, cos theres over 5 of us. But like you guys said it probably isn't/it definately isn't... one or the other. So that's pretty ******.

Damn. Not this month? I quit work at the end of month and seeing as currently I work next to boots im always in there.

Thanks for the heads up though.

My local store in Edinburgh had the same offer on for September, October & November last year. While it wasn't clear in the t's & c's I definitely got 2 free in Oct & Nov.
Cheers

Just a reminder that this deal has already started. I bought a meal deal in Liverpool airport last night and my receipt registered that I have bought one and my 6th would be free.

I could have swore that the price at the airport was £2.99 when I arrived the day before but was now £3.49. I know that the meal deal is dearer in London and some airports but I hope they haven't put up the price in conjunction with this offer.

Just sitting at my desk having consumed a Boots meal deal...and i'm sure they taste better when they are free  (My best mate and I go to Boots in Nottingham every lunch and this deal is really cool) You can get more than one free per month (we buy 10 between us a week) My friend uses her advantage card and we have had a free one today. The shop assistant said you can get more than one per month  so I know where i'm going to luching for the rest of the month:p
