I know many people don't like this because it's a redemption deal...

But follow few tips you can never miss a redemption

1. Set up reminder in Google or yahoo calender so you get a mail when you have to send the redemption form..

2. Always send the redemption form via registered postage..

3. Set up another reminder 10 days before you have to send the bill in case if you forget first time or lazy like me...:-)

This should not be in the freebies section.
Stone cold.

Contracts are the spawn of the devil. If may be free, but when you go over it gets costly.

just looked at the T&C all 10032 words of it.
I would steer well clear of this !

I've never had a problem with Dialaphone redemption deals - and I've had 3 now.

Basically you pay the full amount each month to o2 and then every 3 months or so you have to send Dialaphone your latest bill from o2 - always send this recorded delivery so you have proof it was received. Then after 2 weeks or so you'll get a cheque in the post.

So you'll receive £73.00 at month 6, £73.00 at month 9, £73.00 at month 12, £73.00 at month 15, £75.56 at month 18

Send a letter and get 70 quid. That is too much hassle for you? You would like them to give you a phone and free service without any hassle at all?

These plans are available to those of us who don't mind going to a tiny bit of trouble for free service because there are lots of other people who sign up for them but then can't be bothered or aren't organised enough to follow through. They pay for our freebies. I would therefore urge you to sign up for the plan before flaking out. Your smarter, more organised neighbours will thank you.

Looks good to me; been using cashback deals for years & currently have 3 (myself, my wife and my daughter). Need a new one as my wife's expires soon but this has no data allowance, hot if you don't need data, can be botherd to post off the claims and don't mind the slight risk of forgetting or the company going bust halfway through the contract (that's happened to me once in about a dozen contracts)
