Here's a quick guide to help you get started:

1. Log on to your account

2. Browse our shop and place your orders. To claim your FREE cool bag spend at least £5 on your first delivery and add a cool bag to your basket.

3. Click on edit and confirm in the shopping basket. Enter promo code COOL3 (make sure you use capitals) and click "go" before confirming your order.

4. Check your order and click confirm, you will then be able to see your orders in the My Confirmed Orders section.
