I have used this company a couple of times now for ordering prescription food which my dog requires.
The vets charge £57, this company charges about £44 for exactly the same size bag with free 48hr courier delivery. Quite a saving!

They all things pet related, and seem a lot cheaper than your vets.

Great customer service - I have emailed them with queries before, and they have responded within about 30 mins, which makes a nice change these days!

This might not suit everyone, but for the few people it will help, it will save them quite a bit!

Be careful, I used this firm, did not receive goods or refund, had to revert to a paypal claim which was found in my favour, but as their Paypal account was empty I am STILL awaiting a refund.

I've been using this company for 2 yrs now for prescription medication for my dog. The tablets he has are £400 for 3 months worth at the vets and only £186 with this company! Huge saving! :)

Also like to say that i have had no problems using this company.

thanks for the headsup but the moral of that story is always use a credit card. paypal is the last payment vehicle I would use. been stung more than once too often :giggle:

www.paypalsucks.com is an eye opener.

Did you contact their customer services?

They stated that as I did not fulfill their T & C's (Paypal Claim as they did not respond) they were closing my account.

Only paid by Paypal as I had some spare money in there......Won't do it again......:?

#12

£26.72 compared to my vet at £39.99 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Find !! My vet charges me about £57 for a bag of Hills ID for my Rotty, so that's a saving of £13

I won't bother getting the tablets etc from there as PetPlan pay for those.

Voted HOT & Rep added. THANKS

Glad people are finding it useful!

Have you tried Petmeds - they're about 10% cheaper than this site for the Royal Canin food that I have to buy for my dog. Theres also a 5% discount code floating around for November orders and also 5% back on Quidco. I've been using them for 2 years and they've always been fab - both for the Metcam prescriptive stuff I have to buy and the Royal Canin.

In my experience Petmeds have always been the cheapest on the net when you apply the Quidco and discount code. But anything is better than paying the silly prices vets charge!

The Hills diet i have to buy is the same price at both sites, but Petmeds is £3.95 postage, VetUK is free at the moment.
A good alternative for people to check though!

Sorry, I can't see where the free courier delivery is mentioned. I have reached checkout and the only free option is Royal Mail Letter? What have I missed?

"We despatch all goods within two working days after receiving cleared funds for the order or you will be contacted.
The standard delivery service is Royal Mail first class, though we do advise you to consider the other options. Any order weighing over 2Kg with be sent by courier either 24hr service if Special Delievry is selected or 48hr service if not.

Selecting "Cardboard Box" will ensure your order is packed and boxed in a Royal Mail approved box to give your order the best protection whilst being delivered.

Selecting "Special Delivery" will ensure your order is prioritised in packing and then despatched boxed as above but sent either with the Royal Mail Special Delivery service (next day) or for heavier items with a 24hr courier service. This option also includes full loss & damage insurance for your purchase. If you do not select this option and your purchase is lost or damaged, the maximum Royal Mail claim value is £32.00 per packet lost."
