Free delivery over £49? Not if you live in NI it isn't! Add another £26.50 on to your order if you do.

When does the offer expire normally? (for whichever weekend they do it)

Already know about this but voted hot as they are the cheapest supplier around that I know generally  will be ordering bits for a friend's budget build soon for £170 ;-)

Does Ebuyer normally give insufficient padding when they package things or only on orders on free delivery? I recently received 2 packages via their free delivery option and both boxes were damaged. The damage on one box was so bad that there was slight damage to the contents of the box. Had there been more bubble wrap or equivlent then it would have been ok :x

Im my experience they've always added too much padding if anything, for a VGA cable I order a couple of weeks ago they sent a box about 30cm by 15cm by 6cm, filled with those plastic air pockets with the cable safe and sound in the middle.

If the original boxed packaging for any item is delivered, I always turn it back.

Why?
Bacause: If the contents are damaged, or do not work, or not as advertised and you ask for a refund, the vast majority or etailers will demand the box be in brand new condition so they can restock it as new. Any damage will be contributed to you since you accepted delivery and you can't prove otherwise (or trying to is such a massive nightmare it is not worth it)

Lesson for today:
ALWAYS DENY DELIVERY OF ANY DAMAGED BOXES ON YOUR GOODS
