Does Quidco still work? As in adding the items to basket, then going via quidco and buyng?
#4
I would just do it all through Quidco, to be safe.

(On a low note) copy & paste this link in your browser, after going via Quidco

I bought a pair of trainers off kitbag and they haven't delivered it yet - it's been 4 weeks. I contacted them by email and no reply. So I called them and they said that their 'systems have been down' and that they have had 'major delays'. They say that I should wait a week or two for my item to be delivered. ****** off.

it says orders over £20 only now for free delivery.

I had the same problem as well. They have just changed their invoice system, so there have been some major delays. I ordered mine on the 22nd Oct, and they have just dispatched today after about 5 complaint emails/phone calls.

Just give them a ring, then push them for getting it dispatched ASAP via the quickest delivery method (mine got dispatched first class :-) )

I did but apparently it's 'out of stock' so they're not sure when I will be able to get it :(

Cheers just ordered the new Chelsea Away Kit for £33.99

good filler item England Home Socks 2007/09 (kids) for 84p

Don't bother, they should be called sh*tbag! Ordered 2 footy shirts on 22/10 and still not got them. Phoned and emailed many times but keep getting told that there is a system problem and they can't give a timeframe even though the shirts are in stock. Anyone who has ordered today - good luck getting your stuff before xmas! Won't be using this company again!

Hot deal though the free delivery on everything* (over £20) is very misleading and i don't see why they didn't just say free delivery on orders over £20.

If u put the items in your basket then go via quidco it does work, just done 2 previous orders in the past 6weeks and delivery was fine for me though when an order does go wrong their customer service is very poor.

i would stay well clear, as i am pretty sure kitbag is related to studio24 where i was a senior for about a year. dreaful delivery, £20 late charges, many more different charges, loads of cock ups, shamble of a company. I dont know about now and i dont really know about kitbag. But i wouldnt use them.

shame they have stopped the 20% of champions league shirts from 2 weeks ago :( still a great deal thou

I bought a chelsea kit for my son with his name on the back as part of the 20% off deal and had no problems with them
