Nice find...heated
#3
hot , used to be about £3-4 delivery

Hot
Ideal for some of those cheap items that could be interesting / useful but not worth paying the postage to find out.

Just looked at a few things I wanted to order and they have increased their prices from last week. (ex. Hp No45 cartridge £13.99 now £16.99)
#6
So its "free" delivery then...
#7
Just my luck ordered some stuff late tuesday night. £3.95 P+P on items costing £15. :(
#9
Actually on checking the price of the items I bought this company has put the prices up. (me being me thinks this is to cover the cost of the "free postage")
I didn't lose out too much after all, so not so bad.

Some skimming going on from there recently reported on some photography forums. New cards only used there being used to buy Orange top ups and other things.
#11
MMM needed some extra batteries but they are more expensive than usual, not such a good offer as I first thought
#12
A few days ago I received a clearance items e-mail from them and I had kept the web page open in my browser since then. Now if I open the actual items in another page they have all gone up in price from the original price in the clearance page. Okay so it still works out cheaper if you wanted to buy just one item with the free postage but if buying lots than you probably end up paying more than before.
#13
Is it really any surprise that free postage isn't actually free?

Post some links please - seems very strange as 7dayshop, despite the amateur looking website, have been about for many years and have always been reliable (for me) even if a little slow.

Off the top of my head it seems more likely that these people have had their details stolen in a compromised website / dns / etc.. attack than anything happening directly at 7dayshop. :?

I seem to remember they have previous on this. Was it the Tsunami aid thing? They said they were going to donate £1 for every order to the Tsunami fund, but thenadded a quid to their p&p, or something like that.

My last order, a month ago, came to £33.99. They were giving ½-price postage at the time, otherwise it would have cost £35.99. There were 5 items, none of which would have justified the postage on its own. The very same order today would cost £37.74.
They will get a greater number of small orders from me in the future because there won't be the £3.95 postage added on top, but in the long run, I'll probably buy less stuff.

Thanks!

Great news!! Would have bought quite a few from them if the P&P were free. Heat added.

Is this the only thing that's come down in price then? posted on HUKD 5days ago..Panasonic Compatible Digital Camera Battery - DMW-BCD10 (DB61) for Lumix TZ3, TZ4 and TZ5 - twin pack £11.94 @ 7dayshop http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/272346/panasonic-compatible-digital-camera

I too have not ordered things in the past due to P&P. I don't mind paying a quid or two, but definitely begrudge nearly £4 for one or two small items.
#21
 £3.79 for a 2gb Kingston microsd
bought 3 at £4.49 (-5%) each yesterday from play which have dispatched now

thnx OP, gonna go for the panasonic lumix batteries deal posted previously

They slipped up on this description, advertised at £3.99 but if you scroll to the bottom it states they are only £2.99 so obviously these have gone up £1 since the 'FREE' Delivery has happened.

I will consider using them now though despite the increases as before £4 for small items was just too much.
