Next day delivery is now free with Toolstation as long as you spend just £10.

I've just used this it to get a few little items.... much more useful than hanging around to get to their (or screwfix's) old £40-£50 minimum free postage order levels. Great to help a small DIY job.

Their prices tend to be cheaper than both the high street and screwfix so not a bad deal!

From their website....

Express Delivery usually gets to you by 6pm on the next working day. Next Day delivery options are not available to all postcodes.

REMOTE AREAS: For orders to some addresses, especially in the Highlands of Scotland and Offshore, Next Day delivery is not available and delivery can take several days. This will be clarified at the time of ordering.

Should save me a few visits to the store in Exeter after the demise of the summer free delivery on everyhting promo. Thanks!

Good news - hot

Use tool station for lots of stuff, very good service & stuff always comes next day!

I use ToolStation a lot. Better prices normally than ScrewFix. I am spoilt as both are located 5 mins walk from my office so the free delivery is of no interest to me.

Voted hot - good company to deal with

Does this mean the free express delivery on any order size has ended?
#7
Haven't they had this for a while

They use to have no minimum spend for free delivery as a promotion, this is quite good if it is a permanent thing. Although their prices don't vary that much to screwfix, and since Screwfix is closer to me I nd up just going there for the convenience as I cant be arsed waiting around for stuff.

Good deal as far as I'm concerned. Screwfix rarely have anything I want in stock so I've started using Tool Station as they actually seem to carry things that are in their catalogue :)

Toolstation have picked up where Screwfix left off.
Better prices and stock levels and opening up trade counters nationwide, although not really necessary if it's only £10 spend for free delivery. Plan jobs in advance and you don't need trade counters except in emergencies.
EXCELLENT COMPANY AND HOT HOT DEAL!

I agree 100%.
Remember when Screwfix were reliable and competent? Well the chap who is Toolstaion is the same who started Screwfix.
He sold Screwfix to the kingfisher group (B&Q), he took thier money and started up a (better) rival, haha good for him!
If you have a Screwfix trade counter near you, you may well have a Toolstation counter near that very soon, they seem to be targetting them.

Thanks, just in time for my £10.71 order

My first order from TS made me a convert.

Ordered dozens of little items at 5pm on web. Wondered how long delivery would take. Most e-tailers would be out of stock on something and make you wait eons.

Forgot about order.

Woken next morning by knock before dawn. Complete order, correct in every detail.

And that when their nearest warehouse was 200+ miles away.

this is a good deal was going to post this myself, free next day delivery for orders over 10 quid is really good.

hope people buy from them and make then successful.

prices are only a few pence cheaper but the stuff is same as screwfix so savings will add up.

2nd this quote, just gets to me,
we go there when we need stuff with a list on paper but some of the stuff's out of stock, so spend extra 15mins looking for a alternative, which is usually more expensive.

i just hate that,
